Aroma: Sweet and creamy; vanilla custard topped with crushed meringue and zesty lemon curd. Fresh cut grass swirls with aromas of the seaside; sea weed, brine, and sea salt. Light peat smoke envelopes the nose throughout.

Taste: Candied lime and lemon sit upon a bed of stewed pear and currants.
Nuances of velvety milk chocolate lead to richer leather undertones with hints of liquorice.
