This single malt whisky was distilled in 2010 at the Caol Ila distillery before being placed in a single refill Dark Sherry Butt and left to mature for 9 years. In 2020 it was bottled at 59.7% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. Only 625 bottles worldwide were produced of this fine liquid for us all to enjoy.

Oily, sea spray, vanilla caramel, orange peel, salted smoked meats, red fruits and sultanas.
Finish
Creme brulee, smoky bacon, toasted nuts and peat.
