Nose
Delicious and fruity. Salted caramel and coconut-vanilla custard work in tandem with a hint of peach and melon. This hint becomes dominant with plantain and sweet oranges, complemented by subtle hints of oak.
Palate
Gourmet and rich. Fruit cocktail, peach and creamy melon in syrup, followed by plantain, citrus fruits and vanilla custard. The result is a sweet compote with a rich texture, supported by honey and sorbet.
Finish
Honey and plantain refuse to leave and are joined by sweet spices.
