Aged 4.5 years in a virgin American Oak medium charred barrel, selected from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville Kentucky. Bottled at 55% ABV (110 proof).

Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange peel, peach, green mango
Palate: Rich with more toffee and brown sugar, crème brûlée and passionfruit
Finish: The sweetness is balanced by a nutty, toasted finish

Aged 3 years in a virgin American Oak medium charred barrel from McGiniss Cooperage in the Ozarks. A cask strength release bottled at 62.5% ABV (125 proof).

Palate: Glazed finger bun, banana split, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce
Finish: Good structure with an oily, malty palate
