This release is a 100L single cask super heavy char French oak ex-dry red wine from the Seppeltsfield cooperage in SA.
Unpeated spirit was distilled at Lord Byron distillery - milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged for 2 years and 8 months before being bottled at cask strength.
