The first barrels laid down by AWAS founders Niko Devlin & Brad O’Riley.

Casks: A marriage of three, thirty litre barrels, each hand crafted by Master Cooper Andrew Young. A custom order for AWAS, each stave is from an ex-60 year or older Seppeltsfield Port cask.

Spirit: A lightly peated single malt of NSW origins Age: 2yrs
