To help out with the devastation from bushfires affecting Australia in recent weeks, Sullivans Cove are auctioning one of their few remaining bottles of American Oak Single Cask HH0351, winner of World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards in 2018.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Red Cross Australia Bushfire Appeal to support bushfire relief efforts and provide immediate assistance to affected communities.

American Oak Single Cask HH0351 was aged in a single 200-L American oak ex-bourbon cask for sixteen years and bottled at 47.5% ABV, and is one of only 136 bottles in total.

This rarity is one of the few remaining bottles of this release in their distillery archives, and previously auctioned bottles have broken all records for Australian single malt whisky.

This auction will also include a framed certificate from the World Whiskies Awards.

You only have one day to bid, so head on over to their website and shoot them an email with your bid.
